Free Offer: Music Clinic by Play By Ear

There will be a Music Clinic held by "Play By Ear Group Of Music Enrichment Centre" on 25th April 2009 (Saturday) 6PM at MPSJ Community Hall (Subang Jaya).

The theme for this Music Clinic will be "A Historical Journey On Modern Music From Jazz To Rock" and will be conducted by renowned Musician in their own rights, there's Pianist/Keyboardist, Guitarist, Drummer.

Objective:
Instill knowledge and interest in music of the general public especially among schoolchildren or younger citizens.

What or Who is "Play By Ear"?
Basically, for a simple and short introduction, this company aims to provide an alternative method in learning music using the "direct" approach (modern methods), feeling and hearing. Music is build upon feeling and hearing, without these both, Music is nothing. What you will learn is to learn music by ear instead of notes.
By using "direct" approach, most people* can learn music easily, a lot faster and most importantly, fun and enjoy.

Basically one will be able to learn at about 12X faster than conventional method. Within 1 year (20 classes), one will be able to play many type of songs with various types of playing style depending on their own personal arrangements and creativity. Throughout the course, the students are also encourage to apply their own styles and explore music on their own.

*Most people is used because there are exceptional cases (e.g. tone deaf).
